Question 1

Do my friends need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Add them by name and they show up in the split. If they want to see the trip themselves, invite them by email or link and they get their own login.

Question 2

Is the AI plan accurate?

Accepted Answer

It suggests real, well-known places grouped sensibly, with rough costs. Treat the prices as estimates and check opening times, the plan is yours to change.

Question 3

Can I use it without a trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Home, couple and other groups keep the money side on its own: expenses, balances and settling up.

Question 4

What happens to the exchange rate?

Accepted Answer

Each expense keeps the currency you paid in. Balances convert at live rates, or you lock one rate for the group so nothing moves after.

Question 5

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Free for groups of up to 5 people, with every feature. Paid plans are for bigger groups, no ads and more AI.
