Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free has every feature for groups of up to 5 people, with no time limit and no card required.
Who actually needs a paid plan?
Only the person who creates a group larger than 5 people. Everyone they invite benefits at no cost, however big the group.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Prices are shown in your local currency. In the iPhone and Android apps you pay through the App Store or Google Play.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing you have added is deleted. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then you drop back to Free and keep all your groups and expenses.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see our refund policy. In short: within 14 days of a web payment we refund in full.
